Men often carry a lot quietly: work pressure, providing for family, hidden struggles. God invites you to bring all of it to Him. Here are five short prayers for everyday life, each with a verse from the King James Version.

Before a hard day at work

"And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ." (Colossians 3:23-24, KJV)

Lord, help me work hard today, not to impress people but to serve you. Give me focus, integrity and patience with the people around me. Let my work honor you. Amen.

For courage and strength

"Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong." (1 Corinthians 16:13, KJV)

Father, make me strong in the ways that matter: faithful, steady and brave. Help me stand firm in my faith and lead with love, not pride. Amen.

For providing for my family

"But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19, KJV)

God, I feel the weight of providing for my family. Remind me that you are our provider. Give me wisdom with money, diligence in work, and peace instead of pressure. Amen.

For strength against temptation

"There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." (1 Corinthians 10:13, KJV)

Lord, you know the temptations I face. Thank you that you are faithful and always provide a way out. Help me see it and take it today. Amen.

To live the right way

"He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?" (Micah 6:8, KJV)

Father, help me do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with you. Make me a man my family can trust and my friends can lean on. Amen.

Strength isn't carrying everything alone. It's bringing it to God and letting Him carry you. Save this page for the days you need a reminder.
