Psalms 82 (KJV)

Everyone with authority answers to God. Use your influence to defend the weak.

Summary of Psalms 82

God stands among the judges and rulers of the earth and rebukes them for judging unjustly and favoring the wicked. He commands them to defend the poor and fatherless and rescue the needy. Though called 'gods' because of their authority, they will die like men. The psalmist calls on God to arise and judge the earth.
